Cheesy Meatloaf

This baon-friendly recipe is a Mexican-inspired meatloaf made creamier with cheese.


2 lbs, Ground beef

6 oz, Stuffing mix

1 cup, Water

2, Eggs, beaten

2 tsp, Chili powder

1/2 cup, Salsa

3/4 cup, Kraft Cheddar, shredded

Product Used:


Preheat oven to 375F.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, stuffing, 3/4 cup salsa, water, eggs and chili powder.

Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining salsa.

Bake for 1 hour. Top with shredded cheese and bake until melted.
