Cheesy Meatloaf

This baon-friendly recipe is a Mexican-inspired meatloaf made creamier with cheese.

Ingredients

2 LBS GROUND BEEF,  

6 OZ STUFFING MIX,  

1 CUP WATER,  

2 EGGS BEATEN,  

2 TSP CHILI POWDER,  

1/2 CUP SALSA,  

3/4 CUP KRAFT CHEDDAR, SHREDDED,

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, stuffing, 3/4 cup salsa, water, eggs, and chili powder.

Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining salsa. Bake for 1 hour. Top with shredded cheese and bake until melted.
