Cheesy Pesto Farfalle

Everybody will love this rich, cheesy, and creamy pesto pasta dish!

Ingredients

30G EDEN MELTSARAP, GRATED  

30G EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED  

1/2 CUP PESTO SAUCE, PREPARED  

20G FARFALLE PASTA, COOKED/ AL DENTE  

1/4 CUP ALL-PURPOSE CREAM  

20G PINE NUTS, TOASTED/ CHOPPED  

1 TBSP BUTTER  

1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

Method:

In a pan, place the butter, all-purpose cream, and Eden Meltsarap. Cook until smooth in texture.

Add in prepared pesto sauce and continue cooking.

Mix in farfalle pasta and toss in roughly chopped pine nuts.

Put in a plate and garnish with Eden Cheese Original.
