Cheesy Pork Siomai

This recipe for steamed siomai combines juicy pork filling with cheese.


100 grams, Eden Meltsarap, diced

200 grams, Ground pork

40 grams, Spring onion, chopped

40 grams, Carrots, chopped

2 pcs, Egg, beaten

1 tsp, Sesame oil

1 tsp, Liquid seasoning

as desired, Salt

as desired, Pepper

as desired, Molo wrapper

Product Used:


Place diced Eden Meltsarap in a large bowl together with all the other ingredients. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place ample amount of meat mixture in the molo wrapper.

Prepare steamer and steam siu mai for about 15-20 minutes.

*best paired with calamansi and light soy sauce as dipping sauce
