Cheesy Puto Con Sisig

Mommy Anna's yummy recipe serves crunchy sisig on top of warm puto for a delicious contrast!

Ingredients

1 LB GROUND PORK,  

1 GARLIC, MINCED,  

1 ONION, DICED,  

1, RED CHILI PEPPER, MINCED,  

PEPPER,  

SALT,  

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE,  

2 TSP BUTTER,  

6 PIECES PUTO, READY MADE,  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED,

Method:

In a pan, saute onion, garlic, and red chili in butter until golden brown.

Add pork and cook until golden brown and crispy. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Top puto with sisig and shredded Eden cheese. Serve and enjoy.
