Cheesy Salted Egg Puto15 - 20 mins 5 - 10 people
Topped with salted egg and cheese, our fave puto becomes richer and creamier.
100G EDEN ORIGINAL, SLICED,
100G CHEEZ WHIZ,
1/2 KG ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, SIFTED,
14 OZ CONDENSED MILK,
12 OZ EVAPORATED MILK,
1/2 CUP WATER,
1 TSP BAKING POWDER,
6 PCS SALTED EGG, PEELED AND SLICED,
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Add in the condensed milk, evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz, and water. Mix well until you feel no lumps left or smooth in texture.
Pour in a greased container then top off with a slice of salted egg and Eden original.
Steam for 10-15 minutes until the mixture has cooked then transfer to plate.
