Cheesy Sisig Crepe20 - 25 mins 5 - 10 people

1/2 KILO BANANA HEART
1/2 KILO GROUND PORK
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 BOX PANCAKE MIX
1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED
1/4 CUP MILK
Cut the banana heart into small slices. Soak in vinegar and a pinch of salt. Side aside.
Boil pork and add salt and pepper. After boiling, fry until golden brown. Set aside.
In a pan, saute garlic and onion. Add the banana heart, ground pork, and Eden cheese. Cook for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
In a bowl, prepare the pancake mix. Add milk for a thinner consistency. Pour the mixture into another pan to form a thin crepe. Cook until golden brown.
Once cooked, put the sisig in the middle of the crepe then top with additional Eden cheese. Wrap the crepe then serve.
