Cheesy Sisig Omelette

Mommy Evangeline introduces us to her specialty: cheesy sisig wrapped in a fluffy omelette.

Ingredients

1 SMALL PIECE, GINGER  

1 GARLIC CLOVE, CHOPPED  

RED CHILI  

1 TBSP SOY SAUCE  

VINEGAR  

LEMON GRASS  

1 SMALL CAN LIVER SPREAD  

1 EGG, BEATEN  

BLACK PEPPER  

1/2 LB CHICKEN LIVER, CHOPPED  

1/2 LB PORK, CHOPPED  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED

Method:

In a pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger, and red chili. Add pork and chicken liver until cooked. Season and prepare sisig using vinegar, soy sauce, liver spread, and lemongrass to taste. Set aside.

In a pan, pour beaten eggs and leave to cook for around 5 minutes. Once cooked, add sisig and fold into an omelette. Top with shredded Eden cheese.
