Cheesy Sisig Omelette

Mommy Evangeline introduces us to her specialty: cheesy sisig wrapped in a fluffy omelette.


1 small piece, Ginger

1 clove, Garlic, chopped

as desired, Red chili

1 tbsp, Soy sauce

as desired, Vinegar

as desired, Lemon grass

1 small can, Liver spread

1, Egg, beaten

a pinch, Black pepper

1/2 lb, Chicken liver, chopped

1/2 lb, Pork, chopped

1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded

Product Used:


In a pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger and red chili. Add pork and chicken liver until cooked. Season and prepare sisig using vinegar, soy sauce, liver spread, and lemon grass to taste. Set aside.

In a pan, pour beaten eggs and leave to cook for around 5 minutes. Once cooked, add sisig and fold into an omelette. Top with shredded Eden cheese.
