Pinoy breakfast favorite, savory beef tapa gets a cheesy makeover!
500G BEEF STRIPLOIN, SLICED THINLY
1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
3 1/2 TSP SUGAR
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP SESAME OIL
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
4 SLICES WHITE BREAD
2 SLICES EDEN ORIGINAL
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the beef in the mixture overnight.
Once done marinating, cook beef in a pan for around 8 minutes or until dry and tender.
Place cooked beef on bread slices. Top with sliced Eden cheese and another slice of bread to form the sandwich.
