Cheesy Tapa

Pinoy breakfast favorite, savory beef tapa gets a cheesy makeover!


500g, Beef striploin, sliced thinly

1/2 cup, Soy sauce

3 1/2 tsp, Sugar

1/4 tsp, Black pepper

1 tbsp, Sesame oil

2 cloves, Garlic, minced

4 slices, White bread

2 slices, Eden Original

Product Used:


In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic and black pepper. Marinate the beef in the mixture overnight.

Once done marinating, cook beef in a pan for around 8 minutes or until dry and tender.

Place cooked beef on bread slices. Top with sliced Eden cheese and another slice of bread to form the sandwich.
