Cheesy Tapa Pandesal


Try this unique take on a breakfast staple that combines tapa, salted egg, and cheese on hot pandesal.
300 g, Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 pack, Tomato sauce
1/2 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
3, Salted eggs, sliced
3/4 tsp, Vinegar
1 1/4 tsp, Sugar
1 1/4 tsp, Soy sauce
to taste, Salt
to taste, Pepper
10, Pandesal, sliced in half
In a owl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Marinate beef in mixture for one hour. Once marinated, fry beef in oil until tender. Set aside.
To prepare sandwiches, spread tomato sauce on one side of each pandesal. Top with tapa, salted egg, and Eden cheese.
Toast pandesal sandwiches for around 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
