Cheesy Tuna Adobo

Mommy Esmeralda opts for savory tuna in her version of adobo - plus Eden cheese to make it creamier!


1kg, Tuna

1, Green bell pepper, diced

1, Red bell pepper, diced

2 pieces, Bay leaves

1 whole, Garlic, minced

1/4 cup, Vinegar

1 1/2 cup, Soy sauce

3 tbsp, Oyster sauce

1 cup, Water

3 tbsp, Sugar

a pinch, Black pepper

Product Used:


In a pan, saute garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add bell peppers and tuna. Saute for 15 minutes until tuna is brown. Add oyster sauce and mix.

Add soy sauce, water, bay leaf and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust amount of water or sugar to taste.

Top with grated Eden cheese and enjoy!
