Cheesy Tuna Omelette

Ingredients

1 CAN TUNA FLAKES  

1 GARLIC CLOVE, CHOPPED  

1 TSP BUTTER  

SOY SAUCE  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, CUBED  

3 EGGS, BEATEN  

SALT  

PEPPER

Method:

In a pan, saute onion and garlic in butter. Add tuna in flakes, then salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste. Saute for 5 minutes and set aside.

In a separate pan, pour beaten eggs. Leave to cook and do not mix. Once cooked, put the tuna and Eden cheese, then fold into an omelette and serve.
