2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
1 PIECE SMALL GINGER, SLICED
1 PIECE LEMON GRASS
2 PIECES ONION LEAVES
1 TOMATO, CHOPPED
500G TUNA BELLY
2 PIECES BANANA LEAVES
1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED
Put the tuna belly in banana leaves together with onion, tomato, ginger, onion leaves, and lemongrass.
Pour oyster sauce and sprinkle with Eden cheese. Wrap banana leaves and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Unwrap banana leaves and serve.
