Cheesy Tuna Pinaputok

Fresh tuna topped with cheese is the centerpiece of Mommy Diosdada's easy recipe.


2 tbsp, Oyster sauce

1 small, Onion, chopped

1 small piece, Ginger, sliced

1 piece, Lemon grass

2 pieces, Onion leaves

1, Tomato, chopped

500g, Tuna belly

2 pieces, Banana leaves

1/2 cup, Eden Original, grated

Product Used:


Put the tuna belly in banana leaves together with onion, tomato, ginger, onion leaves and lemon grass.

Pour oyster sauce and sprinkle with Eden cheese. Wrap banana leaves and steam for around 10 to 15 minutes.

Unwrap banana leaves and serve.
