Cheesy Tuna Rice Bowl

Add a cheesy twist to your usual tuna!


1 cup, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices, Fresh tuna

2 tbsp, Barbecue marinade

2 medium pieces, chopped, Onion

3 cloves, chopped, Garlic

1/2 piece, chopped, Bell pepper

To taste, White pepper

2 to 3 tbsp, Calamansi juice

To taste, Salt

1/2 cup, Fresh milk

1/2 cup, grated, Eden Original

In a pan, fry marinated tuna. Remove from heat then flake the tuna or cut into cubes.

In the same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic then toss in the onions and bell peppers. Cook for around 1 minute then remove from heat.

To prepare the sauce, pre-heat a separate pan then add 1/2 cup fresh milk. Heat the milk over a low fire then add the grated cheese. Stir from time to time until sticky.
