Cheesy Tuna Rice Bowl

Add a cheesy twist to your usual tuna!

Ingredients

1 FRESH TUNA, CUT INTO 1/4 INCH THICK SLICES  

2 TBSP BARBECUE MARINADE  

2 MEDIUM ONIONS, CHOPPED  

3 GARLIC CLOVES, CHOPPED  

1/2 BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED  

WHITE PEPPER  

2-3 TBSP CALAMANSI JUICE  

SALT  

1/2 CUP FRESH MILK  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED

Method:

In a pan, fry marinated tuna. Remove from heat then flake the tuna or cut into cubes.

Heat the oil in the same pan over a medium heat. Cook onion, garlic, and bell peppers for 1 minute then remove from heat.

To prepare the sauce, pre-heat a separate pan then add 1/2 cup fresh milk. Heat the milk over a low fire and add the grated cheese. Stir from time to time until sticky.
