Season the chicken breast fillet with salt & pepper

stuff the fillet by rolling up the spinach, carrots, sliced ham, and a generous amount of cheese

Prepare standard procedure for breading; a. place the following ingredients separately all: all purpose flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs b. coat the chicken with flour, dip in egg, and roll in bread crumbs until well coated
