200G CHICKEN BREAST FILLET

SPINACH, BLANCHED  

CARROTS, BLANCHED/ JULIENNE,

Method:

Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper.

Stuff the fillet by rolling up the spinach, carrots, ham, and a generous amount of cheese

For the breading, place the all-purpose flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs in a bowl.

Coat the chicken with flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil and fry the chicken until golden.
