Nothing beats classic Corned Beef! Turn up the flavors with the addition of creamy Eden cheese.
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1 ONION, CHOPPED
4 TOMATOES, CHOPPED
1 BIG CAN CORNED BEEF
4 CUPS WATER OR BEEF BROTH
6 CUTS ASPARAGUS
1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, CUBED
1/2 TSP SALT
Saute the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
Add the corned beef and broth. Cook in low heat.
Add the asparagus and Eden cheese cubes. Cook until the sauce has reduced. Season with salt. Serve.
