200G ELBOW MACARONI,
8 PCS TUYO, FRIED AND FLAKED, BONES REMOVED,
1 TBSP OIL,
3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED,
3 TBSP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR,
1 1/2 CUPS MILK,
1/2 CUP GRATED EDEN CHEESE,
Cook the macaroni as per package direction. Drain the water and set aside.
In a pan with oil, saute the garlic then add the tuyo. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat the oil then add the flour. Cook in a low fire while stirring constantly. Pour the milk and stir well. When the sauce thickens, add Eden cheese.
Remove from fire then stir in egg. Toss the pasta and top it with more Eden cheese.
