Creamy Cheesy Tuyo Pasta

Here's a new way to enjoy tuyo pasta: combine flakes with a creamy cheesy sauce!


200 g, Elbow macaroni

8 pcs, Tuyo, fried and flaked, bones removed

1 tbsp, Oil

3 cloves, Garlic, minced

3 tbsps, All-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups, Milk

1/2 cup, Grated Eden Cheese

1 pc, Egg

Product Used:


Cook macaroni as per package direction. Drain and set aside.

In a pan with oil, saute garlic then add in tuyo. Set aside.

In a saucepan, heat oil then add flour. Cook in low fire while stirring constantly. Pour in milk and stir well. When sauce thickens, add in grated Eden cheese.

Remove from fire then stir in egg. Toss in pasta. Top with more grated Eden cheese then serve.
