How do you reinvent a classic Chicken Adobo? Make it creamy with Eden cheese.
30 grams, Eden MeltSarap, cubed
500 grams, Chicken pieces
150 grams, Garlic, chopped
0.25 cup, Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp, Vinegar
1 tbsp, Brown Sugar to taste
1 tsp, Salt to taste
1 tsp, Pepper to taste
0.5 cup, All purpose cream
3 tbsp, Butter
Place butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until golden in color. Set aside.
Place chicken and cook for about 10 minutes.
Pour in dark soy sauce and vinegar and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add in cream and continue cooking.
Add Eden Meltsarap and mix until dissolved.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Transfer to plate and garnish with the toasted garlic.
