Creamy Mayo Fajitas

This Mexican dish with tender beef, colored veggies and creamy Eden Mayo is an exciting merienda treat for the family!


1 lb, Beef sirloin steak, cut into strips

1, Red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1, Green bell pepper, sliced into strips

1, Onion, diced

1 cup, Salsa

1 pack, Taco seasoning

1/2 head, Lettuce

1/2 cup, Eden Mayo

1 tbsp, Oil

8 6-inch, Flour tortillas

Product Used:


In a pan, cook beef in hot oil on medium heat. Add peppers, onion and taco seasoning. Cook until beef is brown and tender.

Add salsa to the meat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Prepare tortillas by putting lettuce leaves on each one. Fill with meat mixture and top with Eden Mayo. Wrap tortillas and serve.
