Creamy Mayo Pasta20 - 25 mins 5 - 10 people
Cheesy mayo can make for a delightful and creamy pasta dressing.
250g, Elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cup, Eden Mayo
2 tbsp, Vinegar
1 tsp, Sugar
1 tsp, Salt
1/4 tsp, Black pepper
5, Olives, thinly sliced
1/2 cup, Green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup, Red bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup, Onion, chopped
3 tbsp, Oil
Cook macaroni as indicated on the packaging. Rinse, drain and set aside.
In a pan, cook vegetables in oil. Stir until cooked. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, combine cooked vegetables, Eden Mayo, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add pasta and mix.
Refrigerate until serving.
