Crunchy Cheesy Mayo Coleslaw Burger

Creamy and crunchy coleslaw made with Eden Mayo add delicious texture and flavor to these sliders!

Ingredients

1/2 CUP EDEN MAYO,  

1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR,  

1 TBSP ONION, FINELY GRATED,  

2 TSP SUGAR,  

SALT,  

PEPPER,  

1/2 SMALL CABBAGE, THINLY SLICED,  

1 SMALL CARROT, PEELED AND GRATED,  

5 BURGER PATTIES,  

2 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL,  

5 SESAME SEED BURGER BUNS,  

5 RED ONION RINGS,  

10 SLICES EDEN SINGLES,  

1 PACK POTATO CHIPS,

Method:

To prepare coleslaw, whisk Eden Mayo, vinegar, onion, and sugar in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cabbage and carrots. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a pan, heat oil and cook burger patties for around 2 minutes on each side until brown. Add 2 tbsp of water to pan and cover for 1 minute.

Uncover the pan and top the burgers with two slices of Eden Singles. Cover the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute until cheese has melted, then remove the burgers from heat.

Assemble the burgers by layering coleslaw, onion, burger patties, and potato chips. Serve and enjoy!
