Dynamite Rolls

A merienda favorite - cheesy spicy dynamite rolls with a special Eden Mayo dip!


20 pieces, Green chili

165g, Eden Melt Sarap, sliced into strips

40 pieces, Lumpia wrapper

2 cups, Oil

1/4 cup, Eden Mayo

2 tbsp, Ketchup

Product Used:


Slice each chili length wise and scrape out the seeds. Rinse and drain.

Place a strip of cheese in each chili. Wrap the chili in lumpia wrapper. Use a dab of water to seal the edges.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry. Drain on paper towels.

Make dip by mixing Eden Mayo with ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
