Use cheesy sandwich spread with eggs to make this classic even creamier.
8 EGGS, HARD BOILED,
1/4 CUP GREEN ONION, CHOPPED,
1/2 CUP EDEN MAYO,
1 TSP MUSTARD,
1/4 TSP PAPRIKA,
8 SLICES BREAD,
Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs. Place in a bowl and stir in Eden Mayo, mustard, and green onion. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and use as a sandwich filling.
