Fried Chicken Cheese Balls

These chicken balls explode with cheesy creaminess!


300g, Chicken breast, minced

1/4 tsp, Red chili powder

1/4 tsp, White pepper powder

1/4 tsp, Dried basil

1/4 tsp, Dried parsley

1/4 tsp, Dried rosemary

3 tbsp, Corn flour

1 tsp, Ginger, chopped

1 tsp, Garlic, chopped

1 tbsp, Mint leaves, chopped

1 tsp, Green chili, chopped

200 g, Eden Original, cubed

2, Egg whites

1/2 cup, Breadcrumbs

In a bowl, combine chicken, red chili powder, white pepper powder, dried basil, dried parsley, dried rosemary, corn flour, ginger, garlic, mint leaves and green chili. Mix well.

Form 2-inch balls from chicken mixture and place on a lined baking pan.

Flatten each ball, place a cheese cube and roll back into a ball. Repeat process.

Dip each ball in the egg white and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

Fill a pot with oil and put on high heat. When the oil is hot, deep fry the balls until golden brown. Drain and serve.
