Fried Pinsec with Cheese

Sarap papakin ng pinsec frito stuffed with ground pork and made even better with Cheese!

Ingredients

1/2 KG GROUND PORK,  

1 MEDIUM CARROT, DICED,  

4 SPRING ONIONS STALKS , CHOPPED,  

1/3 CUP EDEN CHEESE, DICED,  

2 TBSP FLOUR,  

SALT,  

PEPPER,  

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE,  

COOKING OIL,  

50 PCS WANTON WRAPPER,

Method:

Mix the ground pork, carrots, spring onions, Eden Cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.

Wrap and fold in the wrapper.

Heat enough cooking oil and deep fry the pinsec for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
