Mexican Fish Tacos

Homemade fish tacos na may cheesiness na parang umaakap.

Ingredients

50G EDEN CHEESE ORIGINAL, GRATED  

150G DORY FISH FILLET, COOKED AND FLAKED  

3 TBSP MEXICAN SEASONING  

3 TBSP TOMATOES, DICED  

3 TBSP WHITE ONION, DICED  

2 TBSP CILANTRO, CHOPPED  

20G LETTUCE, SLICED  

3 TACO SHELLS

Method:

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the dory. Add in taco seasoning and continue cooking for about a minute. Set aside.

Assemble taco by adding the lettuce on the bottom of the taco shell and then the tomatoes, white onion, dory, and cilantro.

Top with granted Eden Cheese Original.
