Nachos with Beef Queso Melt Dip

This Mexican treat of nachos with a super savory beef and cheese dip will surely be a hit at your family movie nights or weekend gatherings!

Ingredients

1 LB GROUND BEEF,  

1/2 TSP CHILI POWDER,  

1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER,  

1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER,  

4 TBSP BUTTER,  

1/4 CUP FLOUR,  

1 CUP NON-FAT MILK,  

1 CUP EDEN MELT SARAP, SHREDDED,  

1 CUP KRAFT CHEDDAR, SHREDDED,  

1 CUP SALSA,  

1 BAG, NACHO CHIPS,

Method:

In a pan, cook ground beef until brown. Season with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 2 minutes. Add milk and cook over low heat for 4 minutes or until thick. Add the cheese and whisk. Put salsa, meat, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Garnish dip with cilantro and serve with nacho chips.
