Nachos with Beef Queso Melt Dip


This Mexican treat of nachos with a super savory beef and cheese dip will surely be a hit at your family movie nights or weekend gatherings!
1 lb, Ground beef
1/2 tsp, Chili powder
1/2 tsp, Cumin powder
1/2 tsp, Garlic powder
4 tbsp, Butter
1/4 cup, Flour
1 cup, Non-fat milk
1 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
1 cup, Kraft Cheddar, shredded
1 cup, Salsa
1 bag, Nacho chips
In a pan, cook ground beef until brown. Season with chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 2 minutes. Add milk and cook on low heat for 4 minutes or until thick. Add the cheese and whisk. Add salsa, meat and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Garnish dip with cilantro and serve with nacho chips.
