Pancit Canton ala Eden5 - 10 mins 5 - 10 people
Serve up this merienda favorite - Pancit Canton! Made richer and creamier with Eden.
2 cloves, Garlic, crushed
1 pc, Onion, chopped
1/4 kg, Lean pork, sliced
2 tsps, Salt
2 tbsp, Soy sauce
1 1/2 cup, Broth
1 pc, Carrot, cut in strips
4 pcs, Cabbage leaves, shredded
1/4 cup, Eden Cheese, grated
2 tbsp, Cornstarch dispersed in 1/4 cup water
To taste, Eden Cheese slices
1 pack, Pancit canton
5 pcs, Chicken liver
Saute garlic, onion, pork, and chicken liver. Season with salt and soy sauce. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
Add all vegetables and canton.
Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in water. Cook for 10 minutes. Top with Eden cheese slices. Serve.
