Pancit Canton ala Eden

Serve up this merienda favorite - Pancit Canton! Made richer and creamier with Eden.

Ingredients

2 GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED  

1 ONION, CHOPPED  

1/4 KG LEAN PORK, SLICED  

2 TSPS SALT  

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE  

1 1/2 CUPS BROTH  

1 CARROT, CUT IN STRIPS  

4 PCS CABBAGE LEAVES, SHREDDED  

1/4 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED  

2 TBSP CORNSTARCH, DISPERSED IN 1/4 CUP WATER  

EDEN CHEESE SLICES  

1 PACK PANCIT CANTON  

5 PCS CHICKEN LIVER

Method:

Saute garlic, onion, pork, and chicken liver. Season with salt and soy sauce. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Add all vegetables and canton.

Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in water. Cook for 10 minutes. Top with Eden cheese slices. Serve.
