Pichi Pichi with Cheese

Creamy cheese is the perfect topping for light and sweet Pichi-Pichi.


1 1/2 cup, Cassava, grated

1 1/4 cup, Sugar

2 cups, Eden Original, grated

1 1/2 cup, Water

Product Used:


In a bowl, combine cassava, sugar and water. Mix thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.

Pour mixture into a pan. Place in a steamer for 30-35 minutes or until mixture becomes sticky.

After steaming scoop out mixture into round pieces and transfer to a serving dish. Top with grated cheese and serve.
