Pichi Pichi with Cheese

Cheese is the perfect topping for light and sweet Pichi-Pichi.

Ingredients

1 1/2 CUP CASSAVA, GRATED  

1 1/4 CUP SUGAR  

2 CUPS EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED  

1 1/2 CUP WATER

Method:

In a bowl, combine cassava, sugar, and water. Mix thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.

Pour mixture into a pan. Place in a steamer for 30-35 minutes or until the mixture becomes sticky.

After steaming, scoop out the mixture and transfer to a serving dish. Top with grated cheese and serve.
