Relyenong Bangus

Mommy Russel's delicious Relyeno stuffing has bangus flakes, crispy lechon, and creamy cheese.


300g, Lechon

1 large, Bangus

1, Carrot, chopped

1, Green bell pepper, diced

1 clove, Garlic, minced

1, Onion, minced

1/2 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, grated

to taste, Salt

to taste, Pepper

1/2 cup, Green peas

Product Used:


Debone bangus and separate meat.

In a bowl, mix bangus meat with lechon, carrots, garlic, onion bell pepper and green peas. Add in grated cheese and mix well.

Stuff bangus with fixture and fry until golden brown and skin is crispy.
