Mommy Russel's Delicious Relyeno stuffing with bangus flakes, crispy lechon, and creamy cheese.
1 LARGE BANGUS,
1 CARROT, CHOPPED,
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED,
1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED,
1 ONION, MINCED,
1/2 CUP EDEN MELT SARAP, GRATED,
1/2 CUP GREEN PEAS,
Debone bangus and separate the meat.
In a bowl, mix bangus meat with Lechon, carrots, garlic, onion bell pepper, and green peas. Add in grated cheese and mix well.
Stuff bangus with fish mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy.
