Roasted Garlic & Tomato Penne10 - 15 mins 5 - 10 people
Ripe cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, creamy cheese, and penne are combined for a delicious pasta dish.
30G EDEN MELTSARAP, GRATED
2 TBSP GARLIC, ROASTED/ SLICED
30G CHERRY TOMATOES, ROASTED/ SLICED
2 TBSP BASIL, FRESH/ CHOPPED
2 TBSP PARSLEY, FRESH/ CHOPPED
1/4 CUP WHITE WINE COOKING WINE
2 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN
200G PENNE PASTA , COOKED/ AL DENTE
Heat the oil in a pan.
Saute the cherry tomatoes and pour the white wine. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the toasted garlic and fresh basil then toss in penne pasta. Mix well. Season it with salt and pepper.
Put the grated Eden Meltsarap evenly and cook until melted.
Garnish pasta with chopped fresh parsley.
Transfer to a plate.
