Spanish Sardines Pasta with Cheese1 - 5 mins 5 - 10 people
Make a no-fail pasta combo with spicy Spanish sardines and melted Eden cheese!
1⁄2 KG PASTA, COOKED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTION
2 CANS SPANISH-STYLE SARDINES (INCLUDE THE OIL)
1 MEDIUM-SIZED GREEN BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM-SIZED RED BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM-SIZED ONION, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM-SIZED TOMATOES, CHOPPED
2 TSP OLIVE OIL
Saute onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper in butter.
Add Spanish-Style sardines, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about a minute or two.
Add the cooked pasta and toss it until fully coated with sauce. Serve topped with grated cheese.
