Delight in juicy-sweet grilled pusit filled with creamy Eden cheese.
4 pcs, Large pusit, cleaned, innards removed but head and tentacles retained
1 1/2 cups, Onions, chopped
1/4 kg, Tomatoes, diced
1 cup, Eden Original, diced
1/4 tsp, Coriander
To taste, Salt and pepper
2 tbsp, Oil
Mix together the onions, tomatoes, diced Eden cheese, coriander, salt and pepper.
Fill each squid with the cheese filling but do not over stuff. Secure end together attaching the squid head with toothpick.
Grill the squid and brush with a little oil until cooked. Serve hot.
