Tortang Ampalaya with Cheese1 - 5 mins 5 - 10 people
A healthy ampalaya dish made more exciting with Eden Cheese. A dish so tasty, your kids will want more!
2 pcs, Ampalaya, cleaned and cut into thin slices
1 tbsp, Minced garlic
1 pc, Tomato, sliced
1 pc, Onion, sliced
1/2 tsp, Ground black pepper
1 tbsp, Salt
2 pcs, Eggs
1/2 cup, Eden Cheese, grated
3 tbsp, Cooking oil
Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes. Add the ampalaya. Stir occasionally to evenly cook the vegetable until it becomes tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Crack eggs and beat in a bowl. Add in grated Eden cheese. Pour the egg mixture onto the vegetable.
Take time for the egg to settle down then mix. Cook until eggs are done. Serve hot.
