Tortang Ampalaya with Cheese1 - 5 mins 5 - 10 people
A healthy ampalaya dish made more exciting with Eden Cheese. A dish so tasty, your kids will want more!
2 AMPALAYA, CLEANED AND CUT INTO THIN SLICES
1 TBSP GARLIC, MINCED
1 PC TOMATO, SLICED
1 PC ONION, SLICED
1/2 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP SALT
1/2 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED
3 TBSP COOKING OIL
Sauté the garlic, onions, and tomatoes then add the ampalaya. Stir occasionally until the vegetable becomes tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Crack the eggs and beat it in a bowl. Add in grated Eden cheese. Pour the egg mixture onto the vegetable.
Take time for the egg to settle down then mix. Cook until eggs are done. Serve hot.
