Mommy Rose Mae shows us how to make crispy lumpia stuffed with a rich cheesy tuna filling.

Ingredients

1 CAN TUNA FLAKES,  

15 PIECES LUMPIA WRAPPER,  

1 CARROT, FINELY CHOPPED,  

3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED,  

1/4 CUP ONION, FINELY CHOPPED,  

SALT,  

PEPPER,  

165G EDEN ORIGINAL, SLICED INTO STRIPS,  

2 CUPS OIL,

Method:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Prepare lumpia wrappers. Place mixture in the middle and add a strip of Eden cheese for each lumpia. Wrap and seal edges with a dab of water.

Deep fry lumpia in hot oil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
