1 CAN TUNA FLAKES
15 PIECES LUMPIA WRAPPER
1 CARROT, FINELY CHOPPED
3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1/4 CUP ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
165G EDEN ORIGINAL, SLICED INTO STRIPS
2 CUPS OIL
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Prepare lumpia wrappers. Place mixture in the middle and add a strip of Eden cheese for each lumpia. Wrap and seal edges with a dab of water.
Deep fry lumpia in hot oil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
